Shipping
HATTAN pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date the order is confirmed. This production period does not include the carrier’s shipping transit time. Once an order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
The 4-to-6-week production period is the expected fulfillment period for made-to-order pieces. If fulfillment or delivery is delayed beyond the agreed date, we will notify the customer of the delay and the available options. The customer retains the right to terminate the contract and recover the amounts paid in accordance with Article 14 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.
Returns & Exchanges
Subject to the statutory exceptions below, the consumer may terminate the contract within the seven days following receipt of the product, provided the product has not been used or benefited from. The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return unless otherwise agreed.
Made-to-order and custom sizing
HATTAN pieces are produced after an order is placed. Products made at the customer’s request or according to specifications selected by the customer—including custom sizing, extended sizes such as 6XL, and measurement adjustments—are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind. This exception does not apply if the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
Defective or non-conforming items
If an item has a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered and provide the order number and clear photographs. The customer may return the item for a refund, or agree with HATTAN on a correction or replacement. HATTAN will cover the return shipping cost for a confirmed manufacturing defect or non-conformity. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or handling after delivery is not covered.
How to request an eligible return
Contact us through the Contact page within seven days of receiving an eligible item. The item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition with its tags and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending it. Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
