These terms apply to purchases made through HATTAN. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Made-to-order pieces
HATTAN pieces are made to order. Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation. This production period does not include carrier transit time.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Any delivery charges or other applicable amounts are shown at checkout before payment.
Special sizing and alterations
Selected pieces may be produced in special or extended sizing upon request. Customers requesting custom measurements must provide accurate measurements before production begins. Pieces produced to customer-selected specifications, including special sizing and measurement alterations, are treated as customized orders.
Shipping
Once an order is ready and dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address used for the order. Delivery time begins after production is completed and depends on the destination and carrier.
Returns and exchanges
Eligible standard items may be returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and retain their tags and packaging.
Made-to-order items produced according to customer specifications, including special sizing and measurement alterations, are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except where the item is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
Defects or incorrect specifications
If an item has a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact HATTAN promptly with the order number and clear photographs. After review, the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
Colors, materials and handcrafted details
We aim to represent colors and materials as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, material characteristics, and the nature of handcrafted production. Such natural variations do not constitute a defect unless the item materially differs from the agreed specifications.
Intellectual property
All HATTAN designs, imagery, text, branding, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to HATTAN. They may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the store is handled in accordance with HATTAN's Privacy Policy and is used as necessary to process orders, provide customer service and operate the store.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
